Ryan is a former US Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer with experience making critical, split-second, technically-advanced decisions in high-stress environments.
Ryan is an MBA candidate at the London Business School as well as a Business Enhancement Intern for Babcock International Group.

Mike is a results-focused technology professional with proven success leading teams in developing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions.
His prior experience includes multiple CTO and Co-founder positions resulting in acquisitions as well as working with larger corporations such as Booz|Allen|Hamilton.

Rob Heittman has over 30 years of website and application development experience, beginning with his acceptance to and graduation from the Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in Fairfax County, Virginia.
He has successfully founded and exited multiple technology startups, including his consultancy where he also serves as CTO.
His recent work includes many commercial projects facing tens of millions of users, including Five Guys Burgers and Fries and the Freddie Awards.
John is a well-respected business attorney and shareholder for Cobb-Cole, an established law firm in Florida, where he has been practicing since 1993.
He practices in the areas of merger and acquisitions, business organization and transactions, franchise law, commercial finance, international law, and general corporate and contract law.

Dr. Mike Bowers
Dr. Bowers has over 40 years of business acumen. A Professor of entrepreneurship and Director of the Center for Entrepreneurship at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Dr. Bowers' educational reach includes Interim Dean of the College of Technology at Davenport University and Director of the Center for Advanced Entrepreneurship in the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.
Aside from his educational involvement, Dr. Bowers has extensive experience in start-up and second stage companies including advisory board positions and Chief Marketing Officer of a software gaming venture Blue Orb.
Dr. Robert Mathews
Dr. Mathews is a technical writer and software developer with over 30 years of experience in designing, writing, and publishing software documentation and examples at companies ranging from start-ups to large corporations including Adobe, MathWorks, and Google.
His current role as Technical Writer at Google is due to the acquisition of his previous employer, ITA Software, where he was the Senior Software Engineer. Dr. Matthews holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Anthropology from Harvard University.
Mr. Jeffrey Wells has extensive experience in providing strategy, analysis, intelligence, cybersecurity, and leadership to companies—both in domestic and international markets—that create profitable new business opportunities.
Mr. Wells has founded and co-founded many businesses, both for-profit and not-for-profit alike. He is currently acting President at the Maryland Cybersecurity Roundtable, partner at InnoVacient, partner and co-founder at i2 – Innovation Intelligence, and founder and Executive Director at Connected Warrior Foundation.
Mr. Wells holds certificates and degrees from many educational institutions including Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Rochester Institute of Technology, University of Oxford, University of Cambridge, and Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Mrs. Garzon-Bernal has over 20 years of business experience leading her to be the associate director and site manager for the University of Central Florida Business Incubation Program (UCFBIP) Volusia County location as well as an adjunct professor in International Business and Culture at Stetson University.
Prior to her current roles, Mrs. Bernal was the Volusia and Flagler Counties SBDC Manager following seven years of being the Branch Manager focusing on marketing for Colmena BCSC. She sits on the Advisory Board for Volusia Chamber of Commerce, and Board of Directors for the Cairns Foundation.
Mr. Jack Phifer has over 30 years of consumer marketing experience across clients such as Procter and Gamble, General Motors, McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, and Western Union Financial Services. He is a Board Advisor at the Moroch Partners agency, one of the largest independent full service advertising/marketing agencies in the US, as well as for the UCF Business Incubation Program.
Previously, he was a Managing Partner at Moroch, and a Senior Vice President at the Leo Burnett Company, where he led major consumer goods accounts in the US and managed international offices.
Mr. Phifer holds degrees from Florida State University and the University of Illinois.
